AIRPORT/FINDING MY DRIVER – For airport arrivals, please exit the baggage claim and walk past the taxi stand at the second lane of traffic. You will then see your driver with a name sign. Call 843-777-5471 if you have any issues finding your driver
CANCELLATIONS/OVERAGE/MECHANICAL ISSUES – Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to avoid full charge. Vehicles are not confirmed until a deposit is received and deposits are non-refundable regardless of time frame. Mt. Pleasant Limo is not liable for unforeseen mechanical breakdowns and is only responsible to make up the service at a mutually agreed upon time. Mt. Pleasant Limo is not responsible for cancellations or delays to a trip due to unsafe road conditions or causes outside of our control. For hourly drives, extra usage past the allotted drop off time will be charged at standard hourly rate after 30 minutes from original time. Coronavirus cancellation policy and prep. Mt. Pleasant Limo understands that many events may be canceled or postponed. We are still actively booking at a normal pace and late minute cancels can cause us to turn down potential business. Any deposits received can be applied to future transportation at no charge. Our team is working to keep all of our passengers safe and to reduce the spread of germs. We are stocking vehicles with disinfecting wipes, removing magazines, issuing rubber gloves to drivers, and regularly disinfecting the vehicles. We are also advising all drivers to not shake hands when greeting customers. Mt. Pleasant Limo can not control acts of nature, acts of God or pandemics/viruses. By receipt of the email or entering a Mt. Pleasant Limo Company vehicle, you are agreeing that Mt. Pleasant Limo Company, LLC and its staff/affiliates will be held harmless for any virus/disease transmission or factor out of our control.
DAMAGE/CLEAN UP/PASSENGER CONDUCT – Mt. Pleasant Limo clients are solely responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by the client or their guests as well as bodily fluid clean up fees of $275. All vehicles are non-smoking. A $275 fee will be applied to any customer that smokes in a vehicle. Please note there is a $50 clean up fee for any glitter left in any vehicle. Mt. Pleasant Limo reserves the right to cancel any transfer immediately where any guest is overly intoxicated or under the influence. The driver has full discretion to make this decision. No vehicles are allowed to be loaded over the approved number of passengers. The client is responsible for any fines given to the driver from law enforcement due to overcrowding or illegal alcohol possession or actions. No passengers under the age of 21 are allowed to consume alcohol, and all vehicles are drug free. We reserve the right to cancel any transfers at the full charge for any violation of our drug/alcohol policy’s or if the driver has a legitimate safety concern. Mt. Pleasant Limo staff are not doctors, lawyers, or police officers so all passengers are responsible for their own actions and behavior. By boarding any Mt. Pleasant or Mt. Pleasant affiliate vehicle, you are agreeing to be responsible for your own actions and their consequences. Mt. Pleasant Limo is not responsible for any items left on any vehicle.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICE – payment for services are due once service is complete unless otherwise noted or agreed upon. A 5% fee will be charged for any credit card payment over $750.00.
